Who I am

I seek to meet you where you are by creating a supportive and nurturing space that allows for clients to feel safe, supported and empowered to share a narrative of your life. I see the foundation of client relationships to be built on trust and non-judgement.
I believe all individuals have the ability to reach their full potential and I hope to guide you towards a balanced approach to meeting your wellness goals. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy that is tailored to meet individual needs, interweaving aspects of your personal culture and personal advocacy to empower you to reach your wellness goals.
I take a holistic approach that explores how the body and mind work together to achieve whole-person wellness.
When I'm not in the office you can find me outside from the mountains to the sea, with my family and our 3 dogs. I believe in living a balanced lifestyle that incorporates daily movement, traveling to new places, exploring through food, finding the joy in the everyday and making connections. My approach to wellness is integrated in my personal life that includes feeling safe in healthy relationships, connecting in nature, nourishing your body through food and movement and finding humor to guide you through all life transitions.
