Individual 50 minute sessions for ages 4-18 years old.
Individual Therapy $170 hourly
50 minute therapy sessions for adults.
Child+Caregiver Therapy $185 hourly
50 minute conjoint session with adolescent and caregiver. Focus
on relationship repair, strenghthening communication and
connection.
Guided Somatic Sessions
$200 per session
Individual 1 hour session including breathwork, emotion regulation grounding+processing, develop emotional intelligence through awareness of holding patterns and exploration of somatic sensations. Held in office or at the beach. Please inquire below for more details.
Trauma-Focused Somatic Yoga Session $200 per session
Individual 1 hour session utilizing trauma focused somatic principles embedded within a gentle yoga flow. Therapeutic focus applied, with reflection and identification of holding patterns. Held in office or at the beach. Please inquire below for more details.
